Acne is caused by the accumulation of excess oil and sebum which leads to clogged pores. When these pores are infected by bacteria, it leads to inflammation and infection which causes your acne outbreak.

Therapies such as the Theraclear Acne Treatment is also useful in helping to fight active acne that requires faster resolution or for acne that has not responded well to the other treatments.
4. How does Theraclear work?
The Theraclear system is an acne treatment combined system that works via a light and vacuum system. This can help with fast and reduced redness for active and inflamed acne.
It works by removing dead skin cells and sebum from the clogged pores and reducing the surrounding redness of the skin

The benefit of the Therclear procedure is that it is a fast and painless procedure which only takes 10 to 15 minutes.
6. Is the procedure painful?
You may feel a slight warm sensation as well as the gentle suction pressure that comes from the machine. There is otherwise no pain.
7. How soon can you see results?
It depends on the severity of your acne, to begin with. People with more severe active acne may see results after 4 – 6 sessions, while people with milder acne may see results after fewer sessions.
