Every month i need to go through this. I have very heavy menstrual bleeding. It within a couple of hours my pad are soaked. Some days I need to use double sanitary protection to control the flow. At night I need to wake up to change my pad. This will go one for about a week. My daily activities are usually restricted.
I went to a doctor and she told me its Menorrhagia. I was given some oral contraceptives and it become manageable. Also taking iron supplements helps me too, as my face look pale and I feel tired all the time. These is due to the lack of “blood”.
Few months from now, the problems of heavy period be come manageable.
What cause my heavy periods is my Hormone imbalance, after some tests they found out that my estrogen and progesterone sort of going gaga.
